Laces of Montmirail

Laces of Montmirail in the Vaucluse are located south of Vaison la Romaine, the Ouvèze and west of Mont Ventoux. They take their name from lace to the fact that they are finely chiseled by erosion. The highest point of this chain of eight kilometers long, Armand is the peak which rises to 730 meters. It is a very popular with climbing enthusiasts. This string is part of the massive Baronnies, and this is the first step of the Alps in the Rhone Valley.
At the foot of this rocky, soils are structured and unique soils favorable to the culture of the vine.
