Landscapes of PyreneesOpen or Close
The Pyrenees National Park, located on the department of Pyrenees-Atlantique and the Hautes-Pyrenees, was established in 1967. This fleet of over 45,000 hectares has a rich flora, more than 2,500 plant species, Fauna and very important. Spanish side, there is the Aigüestortes National Park in Catalonia, the Ordesa National Park and Monte Perdido.
These photos were taken for some above Gavarnie, and others in the circus of Troumousse.
Gavarnie closes the upper valley of the Gave de Pau, the circus is one of the most visited places in the Pyrenees. In the middle of the circus is the waterfall from a height of 400 meters. The circus of Gavarnie has several height, the highest part, there is the Roland breach.
For my part, I find the Troumousse circus more wild this is probably due to its smaller number of tourists !
Troumousse circus is located at approximately 2200 meters.
